Terms Of Service

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your treatment, it is in your best interest. This will give you plenty of time to check in, use the restroom, and fill out any necessary forms. Arriving late will rob you of precious treatment minutes as each session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client.

We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our very best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform the scheduled service will result in full charges (equivalent deductions from gift certificates) without the opportunity to reschedule. For this reason we recommend that you plan your relaxing visit to our Clinic accordingly so you can experience the full benefit of your treatment.

Refund Policy

NO REFUND FOR RENDERED or ON UNREDEEMED SERVICES. No refunds will be issued once an initial purchase has been made. NuLife Laser & Wellness Clinic does not issue any guarantee. Results vary from client to client.

Like all smoking cessation programs, laser is not guaranteed & NO refunds are issued.  Like every addiction, smoking has many variables, and too many to determine individual results.  That being said, YOU are given every tool and skill you need to be successful, but success will be determined by your own efforts and desires to be a non smoker. 

Treatment Expiration

All Service packages and pre-paid treatments must be used within 1 month of date of purchase or they will expire.
