In order to provide you and other clients with outstanding quality of service including timely appointment, we have introduced 24-hour cancellation policy. Kindly review the booking and cancellation information below. Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. Cancellation or no shows need to be made at least 24 hours in advance, by phone or in person, with a live individual. Answering machine messages will not be accepted. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be subject to a $50 charge before the next appointment(s) can be booked. We are known as exemplary service providers and we want to keep our patients’ experience on the highest level. This cancellation policy will help us to help you better.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your treatment, it is in your best interest. This will give you plenty of time to check in, use the restroom, and fill out any necessary forms. Arriving late will rob you of precious treatment minutes as each session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client.
We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our very best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform the scheduled service will result in full charges (equivalent deductions from gift certificates) without the opportunity to reschedule. For this reason we recommend that you plan your relaxing visit to our Clinic accordingly so you can experience the full benefit of your treatment.
NO REFUND ON UNREDEEMED SERVICES. No refunds will be issued once an initial purchase has been made. If a treatment is declined, the purchaser may receive the full amount in house credit* toward alternative treatments or products.
Only the amount paid is redeemable towards house credit taking into account discounts that were taken at the time of original purchase
When treatment packages are used the full cost of each treatment will be deducted from the amount paid and the remaining balance is what will be available for redemption toward house credit if other treatment options are pursued.
*House credit has no cash value and may only be redeemed towards either services or products offered by NuLife Laser & Wellness Clinic.
All Service packages and pre-paid treatments must be used within 12 months of date of purchase or they will expire.
NuLife Laser & Wellness Clinic takes privacy seriously. We ensure that the staff will not discuss client treatments with any other clients.
NuLife Laser & Wellness Clinic will try to communicate policy changes with you in advance wherever possible. However, we do reserve the right to change our policies without notice.
